A: An "HSR Station Special District," or just called for "designated zone," is an urban planning zone surrounding HSR station and intended to stimulate development around the station and in the local area in conjunction with the construction of the HSR system.Apart from the HSR station zone , commercial and manufacturing parks, station special districts also include residential and commercial areas, as well as public facility areas.
